VenueNudge Tables takes your online bookings, secures large tables with a card on file, lets guests cancel for free until your deadline and charges your late cancellation and no-show fee through Stripe. No awkward phone calls.
Every line of the policy becomes behaviour
The defaults match a typical card-on-file policy. Change any number in Settings.
Cards for groups of 6 or more
Large parties save a card through Stripe before the booking is confirmed. The table is held while they do.
Only charged for late cancellations or no-shows
Nothing is taken at booking. The card is kept for a fee only your policy allows.
Free changes until 24 hours before
Every guest gets a private link to change or cancel. The deadline is shown everywhere and enforced.
$30 per person after the deadline
Late cancellations are charged automatically. No-shows are charged when your staff release the table.
1.5-hour reservations
Availability and table assignment respect the seating length, so tables turn over as planned.
Tables held for 15 minutes
The service screen shows who is late and when each hold ends, then lets staff release the table in one tap.

Paid straight to you
Each restaurant connects its own Stripe account. Fees land in your balance, with your name on the statement.
